This applet simulates the Hodgkin-Huxley Nerve Model for one cell.
Things to do:
Plot the voltage and the 3 gate variables of the model.
One can change the time of the second stimulus (S2). For times less than 12 msec,
there will be no activation because the cell is in the refractory state.
Change also the conductances of the model and see the effects.
