Example 1: Simulates diffusion of one type of ions on a cell-box

Example 2: Simulates diffusion of two types of ions on a cell-box

Example 3: Simulates as before but now there is a membrane in the middle of the cell that is permeable only to one kind of ions (the red-ones) and impermeable to the other kind of ions (the blue-ones)

Example 4: Simulates as above, but it also calculates the transmembrane voltage potential produced by the red ions. (the Nernst potential for this case is V=0 mVolts.
