Liminal Length and Ionic Conductances

This Applet shows how liminal length varies as a function of ionic conductances in addition to stimulus strength, duration, and size.

Vary ionic conductances along with the stimulation strength, duration, and size to determine the requirements to produce a propagating stimulus.

The equations for this model (Beeler-Reuter or BR) are taken from Beeler GW and Reuter H, J Physiol 1977; 268: 177-210, and can be found in Appendix **.
